Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Water Pipeline Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the London and South East region. Project values typically range from £10 million to £40 million.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water pipeline construction projects from planning to commissioning
- Develop project plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource schedules
- Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with UK water industry regulations and health & safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues
- Report project performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment
- Lead and manage project teams, promoting continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in water infrastructure or utility pipeline construction
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale civil engineering projects in the UK
- Experience working with UK water companies and regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with CDM regulations and NEC 3 / 4 contracts
