Delivery Windows
We aim to deliver skips within agreed time slots. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, site access, or permit requirements. We will notify you if delays are anticipated.

Site Access
Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access for our vehicles. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to inaccessible sites.

Permits
Where a skip is placed on public highway, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
