Alan joined Cappagh in July 2022; he has accumulated more than 30 years of operational management experience within the utility sector. Alan’s experience includes leading major projects in sewer rehabilitation, wastewater, potable water, and frameworks for clients, including Southern Water and SES Water. Alan joined the business having been in a board position post as Operations Director for 3.5 years with a civil engineering contractor. Prior to that Alan spent 10 years working at Clancy. Alan’s primary responsibility is leading our Portsmouth Water Framework where he is focused on delivering exceptional SHEQ standards, outstanding customer service and valued delivery in a collaborative manner.

Scott joined Cappagh in 2007 having previously been a Project Engineer with Laing O’Rourke. Scott is responsible for all our Heathrow Airport Operations, the SSF Filter Bed Contract for Thames Water as well as individual civil engineering projects for a range of Clients.
Scott manages our term agreement with HAL for the haulage of materials in/ out of Heathrow and our recycling operation which facilitates all major works within the airport. In addition to the operational management of our airport work, he is also involved in pricing of airport tenders and is responsible for the commercial and contractual control of our operations.
