This information describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
One clear working days’ notice is required to terminate the hiring of the skip. Orders cancelled by 15.00 on the working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be refunded in full. Order cancellation must be confirmed by telephone or via email with our sales office.

Orders cancelled after 15.00 on the working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the hire price.
Skip road licence fees paid to the appropriate Councils will be non-refundable.
No refund will be payable once the skip has been delivered to the scheduled address.
Payment will be refunded to the customer’s credit/debit card within 7 days from cancellation of the order date.
