Cappagh has a strong heritage when it comes to working with wastewater infrastructure.
A desire to give outstanding service to our clients’ customers exists in every Cappagh employee, driven from the point of induction into our company and fostered for as long as a career continues with us, which is normally long-lasting. We know that what we do, say and how we act directly reflects on our clients, so we expect our people to strive to give the highest degree of customer satisfaction, nothing less.
Cappagh has a strong heritage when it comes to working with wastewater infrastructure. The company has operated on behalf of many of the UK’s water companies over the years and prior to this, for Councils who formerly managed the sewerage networks. Consequently, we possess an in-depth understanding of wastewater network operations, repair, maintenance and improvement. Our services extend to manhole cover and frame replacement, repair of rising main bursts and critical and non-critical sewer collapses, excavations for sewer repairs, pipe laying, concreting, brickwork, metalwork and other related activities. Inevitably, when customers experience problems with their sewer it can be distressing, disruptive and damaging to property. We have the empathy and expertise necessary to provide both reassurance and rapid first-time resolution. That is why our clients choose us over our competitors when it comes to representing them. We are on call 24 hours a day to assist with the making safe of emergencies or prompt repairs to the Sewerage System such as minor sewer and ancillary repairs and maintenance, manhole cover replacement, interceptor removals, sewers failures and burst rising mains and other related services, for Waste Operations.
We offer a centralised in-house call and administration centre which provides expertise in Highway Authority liaison, Streetworks Noticing, Permitry and Traffic Management planning
Outside of operational activities, our project teams are adept at undertaking sewer integrity schemes, diversions, and new pipelaying and connections.
