Jackie Pope is Head of PMO at Cappagh. With more than 28 years' experience in project management, business transformation and organisational change across the private and public sectors, including construction, utilities, retail, IT and the NHS, Jackie has built a reputation for delivering strategic change that strengthens governance, improves operational performance and enables organisations to achieve their long-term objectives.

As Head of PMO, Jackie is responsible for leading Cappagh's project management function, ensuring projects and programmes are aligned to business strategy and delivered through robust governance, consistent methodologies, and effective portfolio management. She drives project performance, executive reporting, risk, and dependency management, and leads the ongoing development of Cappagh's digital platform, CEMS, enhancing project delivery, business processes, and organisational performance through digital innovation. Leading a team of five, Jackie works closely with senior leaders to embed best practice, support informed decision-making and build the capability required to deliver successful change across the business.
