Sean Ferncombe

Sean Ferncombe is Head of Reinstatement at Cappagh Contractors Construction (London) Ltd, bringing over 16 years of experience delivering utility and highways infrastructure projects across the South of England. Throughout his career at Cappagh, Sean has successfully managed a wide range of contracts for major clients including Thames Water, SGN and numerous local highway authorities, developing extensive expertise in operational delivery, contract management and continuous improvement.

In his current role, Sean is responsible for overseeing SGN’s Backfill & Reinstatement contract across the South of England, SGN’s Mains Replacement contract, the Ironworks replacement workstream on Thames Water’s Lot 4 framework, and highways authority works for clients including Kingston & Sutton and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. His responsibilities span operational performance, commercial delivery, client relationships, customer satisfaction, health and safety, quality assurance and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.
