Before joining Cappagh Contractors, Louise spent 12 years working directly within the water industry, gaining invaluable insight into the operational, regulatory, and customer-facing challenges that define the sector. This foundation gave her a thorough understanding of water and waste infrastructure, compliance requirements, and the expectations placed upon service providers — knowledge that continues to inform her strategic thinking today.

Since joining Cappagh over 22 years ago, Louise has become one of the organisation's most trusted and experienced leaders. In her current role as Customer & Performance Director, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for customer service delivery and performance management across the business. She works closely with the senior leadership team, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are exceeded, performance frameworks are robust, and a culture of continuous improvement is embedded throughout the organisation.
