Sarah Wrench

Sarah Wrench is Chief Operating Officer (Delivery) at Cappagh Contractors, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and leadership development across the business. She plays a key role in ensuring Cappagh delivers safely, efficiently and consistently for it's clients while developing future leaders.

With more than 30 years' experience in leadership, commercial management and business transformation, Sarah has held senior positions with global organisations including Johnsons & Johnson and Avon Cosmetics, leading teams and business initiatives across international markets. Her career has spanned customer experience, strategic development, commercial growth and organisational performance across complex, fast paced environments. She joined Cappagh in 2019 as Customer Engagement Director, supporting major bids and strategic client relationships, before moving into her current executive role.

Sarah is passionate about creating high-performing teams and building a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. She has helped strengthen operational performance, enhance client relationships and develop leadership capability across the organisation, with particular focus on safety, commercial excellence and sustainable growth. She is particularly passionate about developing future leaders and creating opportunities for people to grow, succeed and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
